This is to the teens that are in love with teenage hearthrob Justin Bieber: get a load of yourselves! Justin Bieber is a terrible singer that is clearly going to fail himself over the next few months. If you like him, then clearly you need some type of brain surgery. He sounds like a freakin' girl, for crying out loud. I just can't stand his music. It makes me want to upchuck last night's dinner. I'll say, if someone doesn't put an end to Bieber's singing, I will be screaming until this nonsense has been cleared.

Michael Hoeye, an amazing author has written 'Time Stops for No Mouse'. Well, let you in on a little secret. The sequal is even better! The Sands of Time has Hermux Tantamoq on an adventure with Birch, an old friend of his father's, and Linka Perflinger, an adventuress that Hermux saved in the first book, to find the lost kingdom of cats and their royal library! Now, it's a great book but I encourage you to read the first book first. Then you should really give it a try!

Back to School

It's a bummer, summer is over. Time do start packing lunches, and all things miserable. It takes a lot to get to your new routine-even kids are getting back into stupid school.
No worries, it won't take that long to overcome back-to-school fears. Write your daily to-do list and stick it on your refrigerator. You'll get used to it in no time!

The daily book review: The Penderwicks on Gardam Street

Looking for a good book? Then you should read The Penderwicks On Gardam Street by Jeanne Birdsall. I personally would give it 3 out of 4 stars. The story is about Rosalind and her three sisters, Skye, Jane, and Batty. They live with their father on quiet Gardam Street. Then Aunt Claire comes for a stay that will never be fogotten. She tells Mr. Penderwick that before Mrs. Penderwick died she said that if she didn't make it, she wanted him to start dating again in about four years.
So that's when Rosalind comes up with a plan, the-save-daddy-plan.
Rosalind and her sisters set out to find horrid women for their Daddy to date, so he'll never ever want to date again, so they won't need a terrible stepmother.
Your going to have to read the book yourself to see what else happens.

BRAZIL!

Here I am, In BRAZIL! Wow, It´s amazing. I stayed in a small village near Barra de San Francisco for about a week. My stepfather's parent live there. I found something very interesting out. Ripe coconuts are not brown, but they are green! My stepdad got one right off the tree for me and we made a straw from a small branch from a papaya tree so I could drink from the coconut. It was so delicious! My family and I built a small fort down near the river. We built a fire and put a table and stools down there to enjoy the fire and we made a pathway of candles, and lastly we dammed up the river to make a small pool.I took a hike up a large mountain with my mom and a brazilian friend. The hike was very painful walking uphill, but it was totally worth it. At the top there was an amazing view of the entire village. There was also beuatiful view of stone mountains and cofee fields. Also at the top of the mountain, there was a small pond of fresh water that we could rinse our faces and grab a drink in. I ran down the montain so fast that I couldn't stop! It was so fun!
I arrived in Barra de San Fransisco on Friday, July 24, 2009. It's not a beautiful as my stepdad's village, but I am still having a good time. I have some reccomendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Kanas and Memphis competed!

At the final four games,Memphis Tennesee,beat Ucla in the firt game. The second game, North Carolina and Kansas,Kansas nailed North Carolina by twenty-eight point! They were never ahead in the game even though the came so close! In the second half,something happend. Carolina started getting thier game on and before you knew it, they were only five points below. So Kansas an Memphis competed in the Finals.

Carolina wins the basketball game!

On Saturday, March 8th North Carolina beat Duke university in the basketball game. At the end, Duke was ahead, and than Carolina came back and made the big win! Carolina rules! At the beginning Duke was also ahead but Carolina came back and won! Carolina fans who missed the game I sure hope you read this!

My trip to Philly

We went to Philly to see the King Tut exhibit. Aqua was one of their most expensive colors back then. Did you know that? Also, we saw his mother's tomb. It was very nice. There was a jug with her head on it. King Tut's name wasn't really King Tut. His real name was Tutankhamen.

We also ate at a good Italian restaurant. It was very saucy pizza. We stayed in a hotel on the 23rd floor. We had a great view. We could see Benjamin Franklin! It was so exciting.

The next day we saw an Orioles game. WE LOST! And I got to run the bases. The end.

Best B-Day Ever

Three weeks ago, I had the best birthday party ever. Well Daddy, he kept coming downstairs, and we were furious. So he finally just stayed there too long, so we put some makeup on him. He looked like a silly goose. But a well-made-up one. Though I thought I could have made him a perfect girl so he could get a nice boyfriend. But I was wrong. So he'll never get married again. I'm upset about that though. I feel bad for him.

But after that, we just had a lot of fun. We stayed up until 4:30 a.m. I had chocolate cake with pink frosting and raspberries. I got a Hannah Montana game and a chihuahua Webkinz. I also got a drawing kit and stickers. I got a Halloween Webkinz, a notebook, makeup, and skin jewelry. I also got magnets, a Madame Alexander doll, two eye masks, more makeup, a picture and a gift card. I had a great time and I hope it can happen again. We did makeovers, hairstyles, played games, watched a movie, had pizza and sodas, and chocolate peanut butter marshmallow pie. We also had a great time riding in a limo, and that's all.

Higher-level skating

My old ice skating level was Alpha. Now I'm in the older level, Beta. Here are some things you have to learn in Beta -- the T-stop, backwards crossovers and backwards stroking. It's a much harder level, and I've been taught something from the higher level, Gamma. And it's called a three turn. You stand on one foot, move and then turn around and finish it backwards. So then I also learned how to do a lundge, which is in Delta, a higher level than Gamma. And it's not that easy, actually. You have to squat down very low. I fall, usually. But I'm learning. So if you're an ice skater, keep on trying!

Vienna Farmers' Market

Every Wednesday the Vienna Nottoway Park runs a market. There are a few market masters. To get money, you should work at the farmers' market. But you have to have some land to work on your garden. You see, if you are in a market, you have to have your own things. Like, for instance, some people grow corn. Or some people grow tomatoes. You can grow any vegetable, any fruit, you can make desserts, chocolate, and much much more. Some days you can go there. Only Wednesdays, though. There are two markets that I go to: the Vienna Nottoway Market, and the Wakefield Market. You can go anytime!

NARROW SHOES!

Stride Rite has very very narrow shoes. When I went last time, they only had a few pair of medium wide. It's terrible! I found one shoe that I loved, though. You should still look, though. They do have good shoes. Just some don't come in wide sizes. You should always shop somewhere else just in case. Like maybe you should try out Gymboree! Or maybe you should try out Payless! Make sure you find your dream shoe!

Once my daddy, he called Africa to talk to his girlfriend. It cost $167 for just about 28 minutes! Be careful next time! My mom calls Brazil every day. It's only 9 cents. That's not too weird. Brazil is closer to America. Africa's farther. But next time you go somewhere far, far away, make sure you give your mother or father a phone card so they can call you. You should always take an airplane.

Ice skating

Have you ever heard of roller blading before? Well instead of roller blading or roller skating, there's ice skating. If you're a good skater and you're not a beginner, you usually probably wear rental skates. Or if you're a good skater, you buy skates of your own. It's a little dangerous, but it's still fun. If you're beginning you might be able to wear kneepads so you can stay safe. If you're a good skater, you could also stand on one leg when the other's high in the air. It's called a spiral. It's in the smaller picture above. Beginners aren't very good at it. And when you're young, swizzles are easy. You put your heels together, and then you move when you put your toes together. And stroking is when you put your legs out very, very short. Now, if you listen to my advice, you'll probably be able to go ice skating. The location is Fairfax Ice Arena. If you're very young, you might want to get a helmet. And then you'll be ready. But first you'll have to get your rental skates. There's a desk where you can get them. There are all kinds of sizes. So go today!

Bazin's on Church

The newest restaurant on Church St. is called Bazin's. It's very good. They have a very nice brunch menu. The French toast is delicious! You should go there for lunch too. They have great coffee, wonderful service and much more! They have brunch, lunch and dinner. Very good place. Their hash browns are good too. You can go sooner or later.

Hannah Montana

Hannah Montana's newest album is Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus. There are two CDs and ten songs on each one. Probably the oldest one on the CD is "Nobody's Perfect." There are two CDs so far, and she's just recorded some short songs for TV. And all that she's tried to record that I know of is 39 songs. So you should listen to more of her CDs more often. She rocks!
